Target Reveals Top Toys for the Upcoming Holidays and Announces New Assortment of Boutique Brand Toys
Annual list blends favorite brands and Target exclusives, while new assortment focuses on learning and creative play benefits
MINNEAPOLIS - September 16, 2014 - Target Corp. today unveiled its annual list of top toys for the upcoming holidays, as well as a new and expanded assortment of boutique brand toys that are designed to inspire creative play.
Through partnerships with dozens of specialty toy brands, including Wonderology, Hape, Mindware and more, Target is offering hundreds of toys in stores and at Target.com that have traditionally only been found at small boutiques. The boutique brand toys focus on play patterns such as discovery, exploration and imagination that promote child development. First available in August, the assortment boasts high quality construction and includes animal figures and play sets, wooden toys, arts & crafts, science kits and more.

Also check the HasbroRewards.com site for more printable Hasbro coupons, as well as the SmartSource insert for the October 6th Sunday newspaper. We get the Denver paper and there were several Hasbro coupons in it. In theory, Target will let you stack a manufacturer's coupon with one of their Target coupons, so you might be able to double up on a few of the deals. You can also "triple-stack" the two kinds of coupons with the Cartwheel app when those deals happen to align.

And for you clearance hunters, we visited our local Target on Friday the 2nd and the clearance section was marked down to 70% off. The only memorable thing at that location was Laser Pegs.
Submitted by News on Sun, 2013-08-04 23:14August 1, 2013 - As if the online coupons for the grocery store weren't annoying enough to keep up with, now Target is also doing it. They've added a thing called Cartwheel for more coupon options. If you have it, you can "stack" the Cartwheel discounts with your regular paper coupons and also any Target-issued coupons.
Smartphone users can install the Cartwheel app and then let the cashier scan their phone, or low-tech folks (myself included) can log in via Facebook and then print out a scanner code for the cashier to use. The printout also includes a nice checklist to remind you of what exactly you've loaded onto your account, what the discount it, and when it expires.
I noticed Cartwheel when I was checking their printable coupons for new toy coupons - they had a big banner at the top of the page that all but clicked itself for me.
