Something is not making sense here.... Im contacting the BBB and the IRS about tax with Matty Collector, I cant help but wonder how there tax break down works at least for the Club Subs.... If there claiming tax on collected monies it needs to be disclosed in the invoice...Im no Accountant but this make sense ?? I also think that the wording for the item break down is being claimed as promotional items (BUNDLE USE ONLY) witch is deceptive to us as the consumer....Im speculating again but something is not coming out right here ?? any comments

I just talked to a tax assessor and he told me that if matty is taxing our invoices it has to be stated...!!! I will be calling IRS and better bizz bbb on Monday morning as well matty bs call center can't answer the question !!! We need to know !! I will start a movement for this.

I myself have became very disappointed with Mattey. I was on the club lion subscription, and they never sent out my black lion and for some reason, they canceled my subscription.

Read your fine print - That's the cost of the subscription. $5 a month.
BBB won't do anything for you, and likely the IRS won't either.

Even if that were a tax, it'd be a State Sales Tax, not a Federal Government Tax. The IRS wouldn't be able to help.

There is no monthly subscription cost at Matty; the cost for the sub is what you pay for the sub exclusive. If they are charging a monthly fee, it is not in the written agreement as posted on the Matty site. They do charge state tax in states where they have some physical presence somewhere.

Eh mine is the same way except it includes tax.

Is this really that big of a deal? They forgot to add Tax on your invoice? It's not like they are overcharging you. Matty has done a number of dumb things...but this seems relatively minor...if completely non-consequential.

I'm just tired of being run over by them, I'm addicted to the figures,and they know it. They are going to keep running us till they can't operate with what were going to pay, ie, reatail wave 15 bucks....and all others 22 !!!!!! We're being taking advantage of!!! Are we going to stand up to it ?????? I mean come on we can fight back were the money!!!!!!!!
