The first series showed up at SELECTED Toys R Us. Unless they will release the first series again. I hope so, I so cant pay ebay prices

The response I got from Jakks led me to believe that we are not getting any more series 1, so I've been picking them up on ebay (lucked into the 12 pack early, so after ebay pickups down to just needing Piece Mail Pete). Some people have been finding Series 1 at their TRUs recently, so that's there also.
There was only a limited amount of series 1 produced, so if your local Toys R Us no longer has them available then it is sold out for good. I know Entertainment Earth also carried some of series 1, so you may want to check online with them as well. I apologize for any inconvenience or dissatisfaction this may have caused. I know someone at the Fwoosh got a different answer, so there is still hope.
I contacted jakks via their Facebook a couple weeks back and they told ME there may be more shipping with the new waves this Halloween.
The only series I've found at retail is series two at Target. The TRU here hasn't carried any of them. Fingers crossed that series 3 eventually shows up at Target, but who knows. I really wanted to support this line and Jakks, but this piss poor distribution is upsetting.
Thats gonna make a lot of people pissed they can't complete the set.
Because I like them. Both series 2 and 3 showed up this past week here, so we purchased both sets.
There aren;t a whole lot of toys or figures we pick up anymore, and they are a nice breathe of fresh air.
Sorry, I'm annoyed at this. Yeah, I'm bothering too, I like them, fun toys. But cheap is another part of why I like them. And I can't just NOT get Series 1, because I have a problem. Just annoyed at the situation, something that should be fun becoming a pain in the butt.
Maybe if enough people bug them, they'll rereleased them, since TRU was the only place that sticked them, and even then, sparcely.
They do have series 4,5,6 to go still, and hopefully holiday sales on them will go well.
I'd also like a big version of the collection poster included in that swanky tombstone carry case. I've downloaded it, and can take it to a printer, but having a nice glossy print would be nice.
I got a stfu reply back from jakks about series 1:
"We don't sell online, and here's a list of companies who ordered them. Have a nice day."
And there was NO included list at all.

I just saw those along with series 4 10-packs as well.
Cool! Another thing for my wife's christmas list for me.. 
I saw a set of 4 3-packs at a local Targets that had Christmas decos where
the series numbers are usually placed. They each had a tan-ish figure and
a Christmas themed character or two in green colors; had some Series2
and more of Series3, but I thought the Christmas ones were clever. Did'nt pick
any up, but noticed them while wandering. THey were marked as on sale also.
Series 4 is also out at some Targets. Got the 12 pack coffin and the other two that you need for the set. Littlerubberguys.com has a decent forum on them.
