Haven't seen them at retail, I dont really expect to, but I could be wrong, I got mine at big bad toy store. Batman is the same but with a complete new paint job, he looks better than the all star one with his new shine and as for bat girl and penguin they are new sculpts bat girl has a new suite and penguin is a lot skinnier than the old one, but over all I like them a lot, got the new Allstar wave to hawk man looks great !!

Not yet, but I bought Batman at BBTS. I like both versions.
