Did anyone else notice at the end of the film, when he tries to stop one his suits from attacking Pepper that he can't talk to Jarvis because he lost his ear-piece.... He later, asks Jarvis without his ear-piece to blow the suits..... Even sort of motions to his ear when talking to Jarvis... ear-piece is clearly not there.... Isn't that a huge mistake?

By that point in the film, I was so disenchanted I wouldn't have noticed.
The only redeeming quality of that movie were the cool looks of the armors, especially the Iron Patriot.
