I have a question. Are we generally allowed to research the answers to these? I had been going with stuff I knew thus far and only researching this one that had been around a while.
That's what I've been doing, that is answering an available question that I know the answer to with the occassional looking for confirmation on spellings or just making sure it's the right answer if I'm not 100%. After which I'll dig around the net for any really tough ones.

I was never a huge Batman fan...but after that World's Finest clue I was able to refer to a TPB to find this obscure, one-off villain.
I stumbled across Rob Callender recently, in the tenth Batman Chronicles trade (he's from World's Finest 11). Cool villain, IMHO. =)
