Hasbro rep at TF told me that the variant cases are not equal distribution. Supposed to be for every 3 regular cases, there's 1 variant. Confusing thing is, it seems like people are finding more variants than regular

Both versions are accurate to the comics. The Blue was when Ketch was with Zadkiel (and I think a little bit after too?). I can't remember when but after a while both he and the new Vengeance (who was green) all went back to the regular orange flame. I'll have to go back and look to see if there was an in-story reason for it.
