And I'm talking feature length, more traditional animated ones. Not anime or CGI.

Hmmm...the only animated western I can recall from my childhood was The Lone Ranger. Not feature length, but an excellent Saturday morning cartoon running alongside a Tarzan cartoon in the late 60s.

I seem to remember a Zorro cartoon, too, but not feature length and not exactly a western.
I'm being serious about this: Wild West Cowboys of Moo Mesa as a series. There used to be an old Calamity Jane cartoon on WB back in the mid-90's that was pretty good, too. Came out in 95. Zorro was in 96, I believe. The Jonah Hex short that comes with Superman/Shazam was pretty awesome.
Feature length--probably Rango.
Oh..DUH...American Tail 2: Fievel Goes West!
Yeah my sister-in-law came up with that almost instantly and is exactly the sort of thing I was looking for.
Yeah, if you haven't seen Rango yet, it's almost in the same vein as American Tail 2. A little stranger...
EDIT--But I just noticed your no CGI. My fault!
