MP-11 Masterpiece Starscream is awesome. Finally makes up for the all the changes (color & sculpt) made between the prototype pics and what we finally got w/ MP-3 (Greenscream). Now I want the rest of the seekers in this mold (although, not at this Cash. Bring on Sideswipe!

Wait sorry if I'm just uninformed here. Is this the same as the previous release of MP Starscream with added accessories/slight retweaks,

or is it a completely different mold?

It's a new mold.

This review has some comparison pics of the MP Starscreams:

El Honez (not verified)

So... the little pilot guy - he's not in-scale with the Spike that came with MP-10 Optimus, right? The jets are "shrunk" relative to Optimus in scale?

Well, technically it's not the mold that was released originally, but it is the mold that was originally prototyped before Takara brought in Diaclone and Macross designer Shōji Kawamori to rebuild it. Both MP-03 and MP-11 share parts, you can see the parts that were changed to turn MP-03 into the original MP-11 mold here (new MP-11 parts are in gray).

I never found the Walmart version so I will be picking this on up for sure.

The nice thing about the Walmart one was its $50 price tag. I'd like to replace it w/ this one but the $160 price tag is crazytalk. What do you think the chances are of a cheap domestic US version is?

I'm going to pick this up - I think this is a ridiculously great figure - but I'm going to wait a while to see if a cheaper domestic version's going to be offered.

So I second that if anyone reads anything about a possible cheaper domestic version, let us know! =)

I'd also be in for MP Skywarp, Thundercracker, Dirge, Thrust, and Ramjet that use MP-11's mold.
