Yup. Mine's been complete a few months now. You may want to try online stores, Amazon or eBay.
Which figures are needed? The twelve pictured on the early card backs?
Yes, they did, but as far as I can tell, there were two different assortments of the last wave. I don't know if any single case had all four of the last wave figures. I saw Sportsmaster and Robin together in one place and then Aqualad and Kid Flash together in another. I saw them pop up s few times, but always in those two combinations, never all four together or any different pairings.
Was surprised to see a Sportsmaster (the regular, not deluxe) at a Target today. I never figured Target for getting more stock.
