I purchased a marvel grab zap at tru. Grab Zags are blind packed toys, that can have a mini figure, pen, flashlight................... When I opened the package I got a Storm figure. She's very cool, and made out of a pvc style material. I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a code on the package to let you know whats inside in advance. Thank you.

Ive used the "feel method" because it works. You can rule out 75% of the packages just by finding out the pens and flashlights.

Unfortunately no, there is no code on the package that lets you know. However, in the Grab Zags Marvel Universe series, the pens are actually a lot of fun and I love having them attached to my keychain and writing with my Captain America or Spidy Pen. Its actually pretty convenient. My younger cousins have battles in the dark with the projectors. So they are a lot of fun.

In the Grab Zags Marvel Avengers series, the skateboards are really cute and the figures fit right on them. The disk launchers are also another outdoor favorite of my young cousins. They spend hours shooting them at targets and practicing their aim. They go really far.

Thank you for your interest in GrabZags! We hope you continue to enjoy and collect them!

These things are so cool . . . I bought The Avengers series packs and used the feel method after getting a few skateboards and only one mini-fig. Though the boards are cool and look very nice, I was only interested in the figures. The disc launchers are flat and take up most of the package. The skateboards, you can feel the wheels and the bend of the board, also it is inflexible.

I bought all of the figures out of a full box, got each figurine and are very happy with them.
They look very cool on my desk at work and not only would I buy them again, I recomend them.

There IS a code on the bag in the front, upper right-hand corner. I have no idea if there's a database out there that lists the codes, but the Iron Man pen I have has a code printed on it and it matches the code on the package...AND all the packages at the store (Toys R Us) had a variety of codes on them.

Saw a box of these at Wal-Greens yesterday at $1.99 I believe. Was in a hurry at the time but I will have to go back for some figures later.

I picked up 2 of the figures today after feeling around in several of the packages. I got Hawkeye who was the one I wanted and a Hulk that I'm pretty happy with too. I have looked at the packaging and can't see any kind of unique codes. There are codes on the back bu tthey are all the same from what I can see. I haven't seen anything stamped into the packaging. They are just cute enough I may have to go back for a couple more eventually. Anyone know if the characters are one per case or am I gambling that I'll get the same two again?
