Do the Avengers helmetless Thor and Mark VII Iron Man have the new hip joints?

The one big positive I will credit Hasbro with is that they have finally fixed the abominable ball jointed hips that you really had to manipulate to get them to move in all directions. The movie Captain America, Loki and Ultimate Hawkeye I have picked up have good flexibility in moving their legs around. I'd maybe consider upgrading Thor and Iron Man if they were the same. Can any one tell me if the new Thor with no helmet or Mark VII Iron Man are made using those new hips? I can live without ankles if figures can sit or pose their legs easier than the movie figures have been able to do up to now.

Yes, they've got the new hip joints and no ankle joints.

But, Mk VII doesn't have knees, from what it looks like in package. Is that correct?

Mk VII has knees but this line doesn't have the double knee and elbow joints of the previous Marvel movie lines.
