Have Sinestro Corps Hal, Red Azbats and Battle damaged Batman coming too, got them all cheaper than the 2-packs will be if they ever get released, good deal for me since I would have opened them anyway.
Yeah, but aren't those just figures illegally stolen from the factories? 
Possibly. Perhaps they are leftovers. The Chinese dime an hour workers produce too many and sell them.
Or they are being stolen from the factory by the big bosses or the dime an hour guys.
Either way, cool figure. I got my first Owlman like that and may get Azrael too.

my observation is this..where do all the accessories go?
No GL figure ever comes with a Lantern and I'm sure other figures (Mainly Dr Who & Star Trek) are often sold without phasers or sonic screwdrivers.
Is there an Oriental Accessories mountain somewhere?

Accessories are usually produced in a different location, so the guys that smuggle these things out of the factory rarely are able to get complete figures. Even the smaller scale stuff like G.I.Joe, I usually end up missing a couple of the accessories on figs from the Chinese sellers. But, sometimes you end up with a rare variant, too. It's usually a matter of buyer beware, read everything(even though the broken English can be hard to get through) and look over the pic carefully.
Its a pity the guys in the accessories department dont get in on the act, Its a bit gauling when you have to buy a whole figure when all you want is the accessory.....not that I'm endorsing pilfering or racketeering in anyway.....but if you guys are listening....lol

Anyone hear anything on these actually being released through regular channels? I think the last thing I heard was about TRU carrying them, but that may have been more rumor than fact.

Mattel swears up and down that these have been produced, packaged and are on their way to TRU(and TRU only), but I wouldn't hold my breath. TRUs around here have taken down their DCU pegs(lord knows what they did with all the Captain Colds and Steppenwolves) as well as the Movie Masters pegs. There are a couple lone Hal/Sinestro packs left littering the bottom shelves. I picked up the Yellow Hal from the same source as the OP got the Blue Kyle. And frankly, I couldn't be more underwhelmed. The only one I kinda want is the Azrael, but so far the overseas sellers are still holding him at a pretty high premium.
This is an ebay link to a Canadian seller who has the newest 2-packs, in package, for sell. There are two other listings for the War of the Green Lanterns pack for sell. Hopefully, this means they'll be showing up in the USA soon. I remember when the Nemesis wave of Marvel Legends showed up in Canada first, and then sometime later they made their way to the states.
