I haven't seen one of those since early March at Walmart. I found 2 but left 1 because of wonky eyes. Big mistake, should have bought him anyway for customs. Good Luck.

About a couple months ago I first heard of it. I went out the next day and saw it on the pegs at 4 different walmarts. The last time I saw one was about 2 weeks ago, also at a Walmart.

Yeah, I've had mine for about a month. Passed on four or five prior to finding one I wanted. (Same reason as one of the other responders: terrible eyes!) Pretty sure I spotted all of them at various Wal-Marts.

They were/are a Walmart exclusive that only shipped with that first wave. You might get lucky and find one out there.

Like most everyone has said, he was a Wal-mart exclusive and hasn't been readily available for a little while. And with Hasbro's statement that they can't keep up with sales of Avenger's figures, I'd be somewhat afraid he may be gone. I made the same terrible mistake of leaving several over the first couple months because I saw a lot of them. I picked up one and planned to go back to get another to swap the head on the modern era Cap and he was gone. I haven't seen the Ultimate Hawkeye in quite a while either. I kept passing on him because the paint on the eye...lenses(?) was really bad, and I'm not that picky(Warhead can attest, lol). If I come across any, I'll let you know since you were kind enough to be on the lookout for the DG Joes for me!

Eeeeeeeeee, I wouldn't be too hopeful, Kmart never ships what's actually shown it seems. And it calls it a Super Hero Squad figure.... their webstore is a nightmare. I hope for your sake it comes through, but I would proceed with caution.

I just came here to ask how you were able to order cases. I tried both of the stores here in town & neither are willing to cooperate with me.

I can't get into specifics, but unfortunately we were told that the quantities are tight on these and that despite being told we would initially be able able to acquire 20+ we are only going to be able to get spot cases as they come through.

This good and bad..meaning spotty distribution, but a success from a sales standpoint.

Which would be why I told Brian, on a different forum, one that doesn't allow anonymous trolls, that I thanked him for his help, but I had found my set on my own. But thanks for the publicity, there's no such thing as the bad kind. Shame you didn't link to my active auctions.
