A few years ago? And you're just checking on this purchase now?
The only real question is whether you have a vintage Captain Action figure from the mid-60s, or the faithful "reproduction" released by Playing Mantis several years ago?
Somewhere on the body there should be a stamp...if it says Ideal, you have a vintage Cap.
Did your Captain Action come with a box & if so what outfit?
THNKS RANN Its taken this long cause I was just going to keep it for sentimental reasons but now I'm thinking about selling him so I would like to know if he is the real thing or not! THANKS RANN!
HEY WHEELCHAIR ROCKER!
He came in the blue captain action uni and I have the original box with the free 4Ft long
parachute included with the figure!
You might have an orginial after all.I dont recall a reissue of the box with the parachutte but I could be wrong.Check to see if it says ideal like RANN suggested.
Parachute, eh? I think I had that gear in the 60s! Musta pitched Cap up on the roof a half-dozen times.
No chute repros have been released. You may have a McCoy after all!
