i cancelled once they revealed that the actual castle would be shorter than the cardboard cut-out thing indicated. no issues with charges/crediting back.

Like many others, I was underwhelmed with the final product. It looks more like a $100 playset, not a $250 playset.

I wasn't aware that cancellations on the playset were possible. But after reading GlobalDominationMachine's message, I decided to give the cancellation a try (minutes ago). I submitted my cancellation form so we'll see if MattyCollector will allow me to cancel my order.

My cancellation went through, so I'm happy. Others who are considering cancelling have until August 30th to cancel.
