How come those old David Copperfield TV specials were never released on DVD?

Going through my old VHS collection dubbing things to DVD and stumbled on one of his later specials. Those things were awesome back in the day and wondered why they never did a collection of them on DVD.

Or was bored and wanted a chance to wax nostalgically.

Everyone knows that David Copperfield is NOT a "magician"....he's actually a high-level sorcerer who pretends to do magic to make a living. During one of his specials(I believe it was the one where he made the Statue of Liberty disappear) one of his spells opened up a portal to hell somewhere around New Jersey which inadvertently released the sub-human monsters that now star in MTV's THE JERSEY SHORE. To prevent unleashing such horrors upon the world again, all of Copperfields TV shows have been banned and are classified as Level 23 worldwide threats. Dont even get me started on all the crap that went down regarding Doug Henning and Gozer(fun fact....GHOSTBUSTERS is like 43% documentary)!
